Ep. 18 – Skyra Rideaux, Community Activist

As 2017 comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on what transpired this year – what I’ve accomplished and what I wished I would have accomplished. I realized that my journey this year was one I never expected to take.

I decided that I wanted to share some of the things that I learned with you. In order to do that, I asked two of my closest friends to come on the show and interview me. It was challenging to be on the other side of the interview process. I was nervous, but I got through it and I hope that you find some value in this episode.

I also decided that in 2018, I want to invite my listeners to join me as a guest on my podcast. I want to engage with people passionate about making a difference.

I also hope that you take some time to reflect on your year and celebrate what you’ve accomplished – acknowledge the things you wanted to accomplish but didn’t. Do they still matter to you? Can you learn from your missed opportunity? Take those lessons and make a plan of action to get it done in 2018.
